End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and WesLog Developer LLC ("Company") for the use of software developed by WesLog Developer LLC.

1. Grant of License

WesLog Developer LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software for personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to: license, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Software; modify, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software; remove any proprietary notices.

3. Updates

WesLog Developer LLC may provide enhancements, patches, and updates. All Updates are subject to this Agreement.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply. Upon termination, cease all use and delete all copies.

5. No Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

6. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

You agree not to: use Services for illegal purposes; reverse engineer or hack our systems; transmit viruses; harass other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

WesLog Developer LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
